This is How I Do Business!

This is what to expect from me when you are thinking of
purchasing one of my gaited horses.

1. I promise to honestly represent any horse that I have
for sale, to the best of my knowledge. I do not sell
horses with dangerous habits or vices. I only sell horses
that I have either trained myself, trail ridden or shown.

2. I will gladly ride any horse that you are interested in
and tell you everything that I know about him. Please
honestly represent your riding ability and experience, so
that I may match a horse to your riding level.
I will then let you ride the horse for yourself .
If you are a beginner, you should only purchase a horse
as being suitable for beginners.

4. When you a ready to purchase a horse, you may want
to get pre-purchase exam done by a veterinarian of your
choice, at your expense. Veterinary exams should be
done before the horse goes home, that way there is no
question to the health and soundness issues of the horse.

5. A horse can be held with a deposit to be agreed upon
between the buyer and the seller, usually 10 - 25% down.
DEPOSITS are NON-REFUNDABLE unless the horse
does not pass a vet pre purchase exam. Should you
change your mind, you can apply your deposit to another
horse.

6. All of the horses sold are guaranteed sound for 30
days in writing. Both the buyer and seller receive a copy
of a purchase agreement, and Bill of Sale.
